Itapeby - Casa de Campo - Turismo Rural

Our interest is to invite schools to visit us with your students so they can participate in all thipical activities in the countryside. Discover, learn, share, enjoy the home cooking that we produce and consume daily.

Itapeby offers educational visits (in English and Spanish) during the day, with the possibility of staying in the inn.

Some educational activities are:

• Milking, shearing, feeding animals.
• Seeding pasture, worm farming, gardening and preparing bales.
• Recycling of waste, soil work.
• Doma racional.
• Enjoy the nature, the lake and various animals

Students have the opportunity to enjoy the contact with different species: horses, cows, pigs, sheep, rheas, chickens, redfish, ducks, turkeys, rabbits and geese among others.

Learn about the native flora such as fruit trees, vegetables, seasonal plantings and different types of vegetation.

They can also enjoy various recreational activities such as car ride, horse riding, hiking, playing ball, crocket, treasure hunt with countryside elements (worms, rocks, feathers, leaves, etc.).
